OUR STORY BEGINS OFF THE COAST OF NAPOLI...The Viva Napoli kitchen uses imported products from Italy to meet the authenticity of the Neapolitan cuisine. The centerpiece of the kitchen, a large wood-fired oven, was built in Napoli from the famous “biscotto di Sorrento” stone to perfectly cook the Neapolitan style pizza. Italian flour results in pizzas with soft crust and beautiful airy pockets that add a delightful crunch.
